I primarily work in Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Tulum but I’m always eager to travel and explore new destinations to capture unforgettable moments. From the marriage proposal to the wedding day I love being there for couples every step of the way, creating memories that last a lifetime.

How can I schedule my event???
I usually prefer that couples have no doubts about me or the service I offer but once you have decided to hire me, I will ask you for some information about yourselves so that I can prepare the contract and send it to you for review and so that you can ask me any questions you may have… But once everything is ready, all that’s left is for both you and me to sign it and we continue with the first investment which is 30% of the package you choose. The balance is paid on the day of the event, preferably in cash.
When will my photos be ready???
It depends on the service you hire but for weddings its 45-60 calendar days and for sessions its 7-14 days, but in both cases when they are ready earlier I will notify you so that you can see your complete gallery with your loved ones.
Do you have a warranty on your service?
But of course!!! As clients we often don’t feel so confident about the person on the other side of the email, which is why Im completely transparent and honest with all my couples from the very first contact.
This is simply to make them feel comfortable and at ease when hiring me!!!
So, weddings come with a 6-month guarantee after the event to support you in case of loss of photos/videos. I can also give you special permission to print any photo, and this also applies to photo shoots, except that in these cases the guarantee period is 3 months.
Can I give you a list of the people I want you to take pictures of?
Sure!!! I will do everything possible to get all the photos you want but its important to consider that I do not know your family members which is why I always recommend that you choose someone you trust from your close circle who can assist me by calling them before each photo. This will save us a lot of time so we can focus more on your couple photos and avoid being pressed for time.
